    WHY THE EXCLUSIONS?

    State law, not our preference.

    Three states (Idaho, Kansas, South Dakota) prohibit any cannabis or CBD shipments by mail, full stop. Two more (Utah and Virginia) allow CBD products with under 0.3% THC, but no Δ8 / Δ9 / THC products of any kind. Our checkout enforces these automatically — if your shipping address falls in one of these, we filter your cart to legal items only and flag anything we can’t send.

    We track legislative changes quarterly and update this map within 30 days of any change. If your state moves, we’ll email subscribers.
