Returns & Complaints

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be provided. The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
